PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless sensor network operating method.SOLUTION: A sensor network comprises a plurality of sensor nodes that are disposed in a distributed manner in predetermined environment and that detect data. The sensor nodes can exchange information by transmitting encrypted data through wireless channels. In order that, in a step of operating the network, changes in the network, in particular, a configuration of the sensor nodes, which are to be integrated into the network, are flexibly executable, a subset of sensor nodes of the network is operated in order to establish a shared secret (x) by transferring predetermined information to the sensor nodes in the subset through a secure out-of-band (OOB) channel. |
