PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic image receiving material capable of forming a high quality toner reflection image similar in smoothness to a photograph and free from rough deposits and voids. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic image receiving material has one or more constituent layers including a toner image receiving layer on the substrate, a plasticizer is contained in at least one of the constituent layers and the flow start temperature of the toner image receiving layer is >=30 deg.C and lower than (the flow start temperature of a toner resin) +10 deg.C. The logP value of the plasticizer is <=20.
