PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the issuing of music sound by detecting the position of a mobile operation object. SOLUTION: A position detecting part 21 inputs image data of a subject on an image memory and detects the position of a specified part in the subject on an image display surface obtained by photographing the subject. A sound issuing area setting part 23 sets a plurality of sound issuing areas on the image display surface and also music sound to be issued are assigned to each sound issuing area. A sound issuing indicating part 22 inputs the position detecting output of the part 21 and the setting output of the part 23, and executes judgement concerning the movement condition of the specified part of the object. |
