<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lost article management support system capable of easily, quickly and accurately confirming the owner or the like in retrieving it and returning a lost article. SOLUTION: A commutation ticket issuing machine 1 allocates a commutation ticket ID to a commutation ticket to be issued and also allocates a bar code ID used for lost article management, and make register the commutation ticket ID and the bar code ID to an ID database 3 while made them correspond to each other when the commutation ticket is issued or the like. Also, a bar code seal issuing machine 2 is notified for the bar code ID. The machine 2 makes the notified bar code ID a bar code and prints the bar code on a seal, etc., to prepare/issue a bar code seal. The bar code seal is adhered to belongings of a user. When the belongings are lost later, they are accordingly registered/ managed on the basis of the bar code (bar code ID), the user can perform retrieval by using user's-ticket(commutation ticket ID).</p> |
