PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a reflecting layer and to improve productivity without reducing reflection efficiency by forming the light reflecting layer by coating on the outside of a lamp body, and providing a protective layer on its outside. SOLUTION: A lens and a lamp body 3 are integrally molded with a light- transmissive resin material, a paint containing flake-like aluminum pieces 101 excellent in reflection as a pigment is sprayed to the outer surface 301 of the lamp body 3 by a sprayer and is dried to form a reflecting layer 10, and a protective layer 13 is formed with a synthetic resin material on its outside. The light P0 emitted from a light source in a lamp chamber 8 transmits the lamp body 3 and is reflected on a boundary surface 103 with the reflecting layer 10, and the reflected light P1 is sent into the lamp chamber 8 in the front in the lens direction. The reflecting layer 10 with good reflection efficiency is provided on the outside of the lamp body 3, and the reflecting layer 10 can be formed without requiring laborious dipping.
