PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily and rapidly restorable an index device which has been integratedly calculated to an initial state in the case of reusing by turning and opening a back cover and turning the index device in the same direction as the direction where it is turned by a film winding means, thereby restoring it to the initial position. SOLUTION: By inserting shaft part 1j integrally molded on a unit main body 1 in a bearing hole 6k integrally molded on a back cover 6, the cover 6 is opened/closed with respect to the main body 1. By turning the cover 6, an unexposed film chamber 1b and an exposed film chamber 1c are opened. Next, an index device is turned in the same direction as the direction where it is turned by the film winding means 11, so that it is restored to the initial position. To put it concretely, an index plate is directly turned clockwise and restored to the initial position. Thus, the index device can be easily restored to the initial position in a film unit with lens where the back cover 6 is held to be opened/closed without being separated from the main body 1.
