PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an internal electrode from cracking, releasing or melting, and permeating, even if dielectric sheet paints are made water-soluble by a method wherein at least one of the dielectric sheet paints and internal electrode paints contain amine based organic solvent. SOLUTION: First, in this manufacture of a ceramic capacitor, dielectric sheet paints, internal electrode paints, and external electrode paints are manufactured, respectively. The dielectric sheet paints are water-soluble paints obtained by mixedly kneading a dielectric raw material, in response to a composition of a dielectric, water, a binder, a plasticizer, a dispersant, and a wetting agent. The internal electrode paints are prepared by mixedly kneading various conductive metal, a conductive material of an alloy, or various oxides to be the conductive material after being burnt, an organic metal compound, resinate, and an organic vehicle. Furthermore, the external electrode paints are also prepared in the same manner as for the internal electrode paints. Triethanolamine as an amine system organic solvent of 0.5 to 5 pts.wt. in the internal electrode paints is added to metal powders in the internal electrode paints. |
