PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source device that a higher harmonic noise is reduced by using a common mode filter, and miniaturization is attained while suppressing the heating of the common mode filter. SOLUTION: A higher harmonic power source circuit 1 supplies a higher harmonic power through a common mode filter 2 to a load circuit 3. Capacitances C1a and C1b are inserted between the higher harmonic power source 1 and the common filter circuit 2. The common mode filter 2 is manufactured so that the higher harmonic noise can be reduced by the combination of the capacitances C1a and C1b. Also, the value of each capacitance C1a and C1b is adjusted so that potentials Va and Vb of each terminal (a) and (b) of the load circuit 3 viewed from a stable potential point (ground point) can be made equal. Thus, leakage currents flowing from each terminal (a) and (b) of the load circuit 3 to the stable potential point can be reduced. |
