PURPOSE: An information constructing and providing method is provided to provide complex data to a user and to overcome a limitation of a data reception. CONSTITUTION: In an information constructing and providing method, first, a user(30) searches general data(40). If no desired data exists, the user searches desired data using a limited personal computer to request the searched data through a computer(21). If data exists in a storage unit(15) or a server(11), the data is provided to the user(23). If no data exists, the server(11) calls a main server(10) to request data(21). The main server(10) confirms whether the server is just(22), and then requests data to another server(12).
