The display-dispenser comprises a peripheral frame (2) having a base (2a) and a large height vertical part (2b) for positioning U-shaped receptors (3) for ribbon reels (B). The interior of the frame receives a suspension and positioning grille (4) for the receptors. Each receptor enables the storing of several reels and is arranged in a frontward inclined plane in order to make the reels roll toward the front by gravity. An Independent claim is also included for the window arrangement.
