<p>The invention relates to a method for controlling an anti-blocking function (ABR) for the wheels of a motor vehicle fitted with an ABR unit. In the course of said method static tests are carried out without rotation of said wheels in order to check that the ABR system is working correctly and dynamic tests involving the rotation of said wheels are conducted in order to verify that the speed sensors on each wheel and solenoid valves of the ABR system are functioning correctly. The inventive method is characterized in that static tests are carried out on the assembly line and dynamic tests are carried out during circuit tests or on a simultaneous 4-wheel drive roller bench. The invention can be used in the automotive industry.</p> |
