PURPOSE: A crusher is provided to reliably prevent decomposition or discoloration of heat-sensitive food stuff while effectively discharging a heat generated during crushing operation. CONSTITUTION: A crusher comprises a first crusher unit(70), a second crusher unit(80), a third crusher unit(90), and a heat dissipating groove(51) at a surface of a ring gear casing(50) having first, second, and third ring gears(73,82,92) of the first, second and third crusher units. The crusher is characterized in that grains are firstly crushed by a collision among them caused from a turbulent flow formed at an upper center of an impeller(60), the firstly crushed grains are delayed during transition and simultaneously cut for a second crush, and the secondly crushed grains are disturbed at a high velocity to cause a collision for a third crush.
