A polycarbonate-base flame-retardant resin composition, characterized by comprising 50 to 98 parts by weight of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (A), 0.1 to 49 parts by weight of a copolymer (B) comprising aromatic vinyl monomer units (b-1) and vinyl cyanide monomer units (b-2), 0.5 to 30 parts by weight of a cyanide-containing graft copolymer (C) prepared by copolymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound (c-1) with a vinyl cyanide compound (c-2) in the presence of a rubbery polymer (c-3), 0.5 to 30 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylate-containing graft copolymer (D) prepared by copolymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound (d-1) with an alkyl (meth)acrylate (d-2) in the presence of a rubbery butadiene polymer (d-3), and 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of at least one organophosphorus compound oligomer (E), with the proviso that the total amount of the components (A), (B), (C) and (D) is 100 parts by weight.
