<p>PURPOSE: An aerobic treatment for prefab sewage treatment plant is provided, which is characterized in that an aeration tank can supply sufficient air to microorganism by using screw rotation blowers. In conventional method, a surface aeration using propellers has the disadvantage such as the anaerobic condition formation of the bottom and a tubular diffuser demands a big blower and isn't economic. CONSTITUTION: The aerobic treatment plant consists of: a screen(1) shaped curve, a collecting tank(2), chemical treatments(3) using coagulation, a flow equalization tank(4), an aeration tank(5), a setting tank(6) equipped with a bucket conveyer to withdraw settled sludge, filter beds(7) and a chlorination tank(8). In aeration tank, the type of aerator is a screw rotation blower to supply sufficient air to microorganisms. As lower parts, the gaps of screen(1) are bigger to advance the removal rate.</p> |
