PURPOSE: A system for a data bag service using the internet is provided that a web server transceives data and supplies each data bag in which the data is contained to users on a basis of paid condition, classified into a regular member able to utilize services of all the stored data and a non-regular member able to utilize limited services, in order to safely transceive and store the data. CONSTITUTION: A connector(13) connects the member system to the web server system with a homepage supplying a data bag service via an internet network. A member system(101) comprises an inputting circuit(11) in which a member inputs member own authentication information and data to contain in the data bag, and a screen displayer(12) displaying a state being inputted. A web server system(102) comprises a member managing circuit(15) managing the inputted member information and data for managing members, a controller(16) controlling services according to a member class, and a storage device(17) storing the member information and contents on data management.
