PURPOSE: Shoes for preventing a lost child and a receiving device is provided which can help find out a child being away from its protector and effective for preventing a lost child. CONSTITUTION: Shoes for a lost child and a receiving device is characterized by being comprised of: a wireless transmitting part(100) in the child's shoes; a receiver for the protector's holding, giving off an alarm when the child is a certain distance away from its protector; a fixed receiving set for making its operator find out its location giving off the wireless signal and the movement situation through the central controlling part when it is impossible for the protector to find out the child being a long distance away.
