<p>A method of playing a lottery game with a plurality of tickets (400) each having play spots (420). The play spots have values (426) and are distributed randomly on the tickets, and covered with a removable medium (422). A unique identifier is placed on each ticket (440), and a record of the unique identifier and values of play spots for each ticket are stored in a database (212). When a user obtains a ticket, the record of the unique identifier of the ticket is flagged to indicate that the ticket may be activated (220). Once activated, the user is instructed to uncover a preselected set of play spots (226), and the record of the unique identifier corresponding to the ticket is flagged to indicate that the ticket has been activated (228).</p> |
