PURPOSE: A certificate information supplying system is provided to be capable of supplying an investor various information, in real time, which is changed into a voice. CONSTITUTION: A certificate information supplying system comprises a monitor(1) which displays information transferred in real time from a news agency. A monitor staff(2) listens to voice information and broadcast significant information such as head line through a sound sending device. A database server(4) converts the significant information into voice data and stores the converted voice data, which is sent to a server of a communication company through an internet. The server(5) of the communication company immediately sends the voice data to a client terminal(6) connected to the internet or a terminal(6') of a certificate company so as to be reproduced through a voice reproducing device.
