PURPOSE: A transmitter equipped to shoes for positioning is provided to position lost children, old persons and mentally retarded persons by checking the status of activity of the user. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter equipped to shoes for positioning includes the followings. A solar battery or piezoelectric element generator(1) is used as an energy source. A battery charges extra power generated from the energy source. An oscillation frequency controller(4) automatically controls oscillation frequency set according to the voltage size of the battery. A transmitting set(9) supplies power to the transmitter according to frequency control signal generated from the oscillation frequency controller(4), and transmits the code and information on the status of the sender after modulation and amplification to the positioning system.
