PURPOSE: A method for advertising is provided to increase advertising efficiency by advertising with messages, voices, still images, and moving pictures for a short time, and by advertising in moments when power of mobile phones is turned on/off. CONSTITUTION: A method for advertising using moments when power of mobile phones is turned on/off, comprises the steps of: making a member connect to a system or receive a short message service(SMS) from the system; making a terminal identify an alarm message for notifying an advertisement listening process completion; connecting to mobile phone terminals by using a web browser on the internet; if an operator system is connected, making the operator system transmit menus to the member; if the member selects a step of referring to listening frequencies, making the operator system transmit listening-completed frequencies to the member; if the subscriber selects a step of downloading advertisements, making a terminal transmit a listening-completed advertisement and information of the member to the operator system; making the operator system identify the information by retrieving a member database; selecting an advertisement appropriate for the member to transmit the advertisement to the mobile phone terminals, on the basis of the information on the member; making the mobile phone terminals store the advertisement in corresponding memories; and if the advertisement is transmitted, making the operator system transmit a message notifying a downloading completion, and making the member identify whether the advertisement is successfully downloaded. |
