PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of sliced rice cake that is characterized by being kneaded with fruit juice. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises the steps of (i) dipping rice in water for swelling after washing rice; (ii) crushing the swollen rice; (iii) adding thereto 2-3 wt.% of milk, 4-6 wt.% of pineapple juice, 14-17 wt.% of fruit-vinegar containing 2% of salt. Raw materials of the fruit vinegar are selected from the group consisting of mandarin orange, strawberry, jujube, lemon, pear, melon, peach, apple, citron, watermelon, tomato, pineapple, grape, banana. |
