PURPOSE: A can opening device with a tab-lifter is provided to easily open an opening part by easily pulling up the opening part without additional expenses in the complex manufacturing process and the cost of materials and without help of a supplementary means and to apply to all types of can, on which a tab is attached. CONSTITUTION: A can opening device with a tab-lifter, in case of a portable water can, includes a cover (3) restricted at the upper surface of the can along a score (6), a tab fastened with a rivet, formed integrally with the cover, on the upper and central portion of the can, the front end of which is put on one side of the cover, and a tab-lifter formed inside a ring part of the tab in integration with the tab, the tab-lifter (5) being bent upward from the ring part. Alternatively, in case of other kind of a can besides the portable water can, the can opening device with a tab-lifter includes a cover formed on the whole upper surface of the can along a score provided along the circumference of the upper surface of the can, a tab fastened with a rivet, formed integrally with the cover, on the cover, the front end of which is contacted with the inner circumference of the score, and a tab-lifter formed inside a ring part of the tab in integration with the tab, the tab-lifter (5) being bent upward from the ring part.
