<p>A personal computer (1) transmits a source program to which a signature is attached to an authenticating station through a communication unit (25). The authenticating station, if no alteration is found in the received source program, encrypts the source program with a secret key of the authenticating station, and transmits the encrypted source program to the personal computer (1).
