PURPOSE: A self-hypnotism machine is provided which shows human body state in a form of a number as biological parameter. CONSTITUTION: The self-hypnotism machine comprises the parts of: a biological parameter detection tool which detects a biological parameter from examinee's heart rate, breath rate, body temperature or so on; a number display device which visually shows an examinee's body state in a digital style and finds out one's state; a stepwise relaxation guidance device which raises strength whenever it reaches at a certain degree of mind state; and a hypnotism guidance device which uses optimal state to hypnotize oneself as one wants.
