PURPOSE: An electronic commerce system for providing real-time shopping mall and auction information mutually is provided to induct common purchase by transmitting shopping mall information and/or common purchase proposal information to auction participants except a successful bidder by e-mail after finishing an auction. CONSTITUTION: If a client accesses an auction server through the internet network, registers as an auction participant or a subscriber and selects specific auction goods, the auction server searches an auction DB and provides auction information for the auction goods to the client. If the auction for the specific goods is finished, the auction server searches information for auction participants except a successful bidder through the auction DB. The auction server transmits shopping mall information and/or common purchase proposal information to the searched auction participants by e-mail, so as to induct common purchase by proposing a discount rate basis.
