PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker which is improved in durability even if rice washing is repeated in an inner pan. SOLUTION: When a coating layer consisting of a fluororesin is formed on the inside surface of a metallic base body 33 forming the inner pan 3, a three-layered structure is formed by disposing an intermediate layer 36 consisting of the fluororesin further between an under-coating layer 34 and a top coating layer 35. As a result, the durability to rice washing is improved and the region where the three-layered structure is formed is limited to a bottom side, by which the consumption of the fluororesin may be suppressed and the overall manufacturing cost may be made lower.
