PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent adhesion without using a primer layer, and thereby enhance abrasion resistance and weatherability by providing a curable layer consisting of organopolysiloxane paint with a silant coupling agent added by a specific ratio to a nonvolatile portion in paint on the surface of polycarbonate resin base material. SOLUTION: There is provided on the surface of polycarbonate resin base material a curable layer consisting of organopolysiloxane paint with a silane coupling agent added by 5-10 pts.wt. relative to a nonvolatile portion (JISK 5407) of 100 pts.wt. in paint. For such a silane coupling agent, at least, one kind of silane coupling agent containing an epoxy group and amino group is suitable, and such an organopolysiloxane paint is preferably added with a curable medium having buffer liquid added thereto to obtain a curable film at a temperature of 120-140 deg.C. In order to obtain the polycarbonate resin laminated body, there are used a spray, immersion, curtain flow, roll coating, or the like, and the thickness of the curable film is suitable to be 1-10μm.
