PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the defective formation caused by blow-out of a material by surely sticking the mating surface in each die to each other. SOLUTION: The line L represents the height of the sticking of the lower surface of fixed die to the laying surface of a die base 2. The laying surface 2b of a portion for laying a displacing die 5 in the die base 2 is formed in the position lower byΔb than the line L. Then, the lower surface 5b of the displacing die is supported at the position higher byΔa than the line L with a spring 11 disposed between the die base 2 and the displacing die 5. When the die clamping is executed, the displacing die 5 is suitably displaced so as to narrow the gap (Δa+Δb) until the upper die and the fixed die 4 complete the die fastening. Then, the position of the mating surface between the upper die and the displacing die 5 is finely adjusted to surely stick both dies.
