PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press working method by which reduction of the cost of equipment and operating cost is enabled and also only special kinds of pressed articles do not become remaining stocks. SOLUTION: This method is executed with a sub-press device 21 for common press working which is common to 1st-4th pressed articles 3-6 and a main press device 22 for noncommon press working which is not common to the 1st-4th pressed articles 3-6. In the press device 30, 1st-5th forming dies 31-35 are provided and, in accordance with desired 5th-8th pressed articles 7-10, the press device 30 is operated while conveying the 1st-4th pressed articles 3-6 to the 1st-5th forming dies 31-35.
