PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite plastic rendered adherable to other materials or parts by modifying a hardly adhesive plastic which cannot be sufficiently adhered to them by means of an ordinary adhesive and to provide a fuel filter using the same. SOLUTION: The title composite plastic 1 comprises a hardly adhesive plastic 4, and contained therein, a resin-adsorbing substance 2 adsorbent to an adhesive 5 and a wetting properties-improving agent 3 which improves wetting properties to the adhesive 5. Preferably, as the resin-adsorbing substance 2 is employed a substance composed of carbon and as the wetting properties-improving agent is employed a substance composed of sawdust or titanium oxide. As the hardly adhesive plastic 4 can be employed a thermoplastic resin such as a polyacetal and the like.
