PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the opening and closing operation of an opening and closing lid by arranging the opening and closing lid consisting of a plurality of slats mutually bendably connected on a refuse input port in such a manner as to be slidable for opening and closing. SOLUTION: An opening and closing lid 10 consisting of a plurality of slats 11 mutually connected in such a manner as to be bendable is slid obliquely upward, whereby the lid body 10 is housed under an upper face plate 3 to open a refuse input port 8. The opening and closing lid 10 is slid obliquely downward, whereby the opening and closing lid 10 is protruded under the upper surface plate 3 to cover and close the refuse input port 8. Since the lid 10 is formed by mutually bendably connecting the slat plates 11, the opening and closing lid 10 can be slid in a curved form to provide an opening and closing slide track according to the form of a refuse bin body 1 and the input port 8, and the opening and closing lid 10 can be smoothly opened and closed.
