PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soil conditioner that can inhibit the refuse occurrence from ash and sludge, can develop excellent plant-growing properties, antimicrobial properties, draining properties, air permeability and foundation- strengthening properties and is useful for helping the growth of crops, flowers and trees by mixing pulverized coal firing ash with dewatered sludge. SOLUTION: (A) Pulverized coal firing ash (in an embodiment, pulverized coal is combusted in boilers in a coal-firing steam power plant, coal ash particles coagulate to one another, fall and heal up, and the resultant porous lumps are crushed to clinker ash having regulated particle sizes) and (B) drained sludge (in an embodiment, waste sludge from sewerage disposal plants and drainage treatment sumps is treated by the activated sludge method and a sufficient amount of microorganisms are sufficiently living therein) are mixed at such a ratio that is suitable for the growth of crop plants, flowers and trees. |
