PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily exchange a digging means of the deteriorated portion for removing the deteriorated portion of a refractory in an iron tapping runner for blast furnace and an exhausting means of the demolished waste to the boom in one set of base body. SOLUTION: A demolishing device is composed of a connecting mechanism 31 arranging connecting shafts 17, 18 at the front and the rear sides of a main frame 19, a fitting member 15 rotatively fitting a sub-frame 22 at the tip part, bearings 33, 34 opening one side surface at the front and the rear sides of a receiving member 32 arranged at the base part of the digging means and also, a connecting part 35 at the tip part. A hydraulic cylinder for moving the boom upward/downward in this face is connected with a connecting shaft 17 at the base end side so as to be engaged/disengaged with the bearing 33, and a hydraulic cylinder 25 for inclining the digging means is connected with the connecting shaft 18 at the front tip side so as to be engaged/disengaged with the bearing 34, and the sub-frame 22 is connected with the connecting part 35 through a connecting pin 21.
