PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance stability of a child seat. SOLUTION: A fixed frame covered by a cover 30 is extended from the front end of a chair part 11 and its front end is affixed to stays 73 of a head- rest 72 mounted on a front seat 71. By this arrangement, stability of a child seat is enhanced in comparison with a case where it is fixed only by a seatbelt 75 of a rear side seat 74.
