PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor plate such that a cable outlet can be protected regardless of the direction in which a wiring protection cover is oriented. SOLUTION: This floor plate comprises a baseplate P1 fixed in a pair of screws holes in boxes or the like provided under the floor at a predetermined interval to each other, and a cover plate P2 attached to the baseplate P1 and having on its side a receptacle 12 to which a wiring protection cover for protecting along a floor face a cable A drawn out from within the floor can be connected. Arcuate through boles 4, 5 through which a screw to be threadably attached to either of the pair of screw holes can be passed are provided in the baseplate P1 over at least 180 deg., so that the baseplate P1 can rotate 180 deg. along the through holes 4, 5.
