PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit type building wherein a loft to be an attic space is formed, without impairing the efficiency of manufacture of a building unit. SOLUTION: A first roof panel 30A having a framework material 34 for reinforcement provided along a framework material 32A is provided on a first building unit 20A, while a second roof panel 30B of which the top is a floor surface is provided on a second building unit 20B adjacent to the first building unit 20A. According to this constitution, the floor of the second roof panel 30B becomes the floor of a loft 5 and the rigidity of the first building unit 20A is ensured by the first roof panel 30A and the reinforcing framework material 34 thereof. Thus, the loft 5 is formed without changing a frame and a ceiling structure, and the efficiency of manufacture of a building unit is not impaired.
