PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a weight of a shower head and to improve using feeling and appearance by using a filter obtained by compression molding active carbon fibers in the shower head provided with an active carbon filter for removing chlorine to miniaturize the shower head without reducing chlorine removing power. SOLUTION: A showerhead 10 has a connecting part to connect with a hose on the side of one end and a watering hole 42 for discharging water on the side of the other end. The connecting part is mounted to an end part of a handle 20 having an elliptic shape, the watering hole 42 is disposed under part of a head part 30 protruding on the tip part of the handle 20. A water-purifying cartridge 50 having a filter 52 is mounted into this part 30 in an exchangeable manner. At this time, the filter 52 formed of a main body 60 whose outline is formed by compression molding active carbon fibers and nonwoven fabric 62 covering the inner/outer peripheral of the main body 60 to prevent the collapse of the main body 60 and the flowing out of the active carbon fibers with the fabric 62. |
