PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a measure for preventing the chipping-off of a resin powder at the end part of a sheet-like resin molding base material in continuous form from occurring or the like during the continuous feeding of the base material and realize the highly accurate end part processing. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an end part treatment means, which is arranged in the running passage of a sheet-like resin molding base material 1 and executes the finishing treatment of the side edge part of the sheet-like resin molding base material 1. In addition, this device is equipped with a position detecting means for detecting the discrepancy in the arrangement position of the sheet-like resin molding base material 1 in the running passage. Further, the device is equipped with a position adjusting means for adjusting the arrangement position of the sheet-like resin molding base material 1 in the running passage on the bases of the result of the detection with the position detecting means.
