PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and in a short time adjust the amt. of feeding of ink. SOLUTION: The density value of a printed sample printed with a printing plate for testing is measured (105). A pattern part for adjusting amt. of feeding of ink is provided on the printing plate for testing. The image part for adjusting amt. of feeding of ink is made into an image having an image area ratio gradually changing along the parallel setting direction of an ink fountain key. Each ink fountain key is finely adjusted in such a way that the difference between measured density value of each area corresponding to each ink fountain key of the printed sample and reference density value coincide with each other (105-110). From amt. of opening of each ink fountain key after adjustment, the value of (conversion curve of image area ratio opening amt. of each ink fountain key) is obtd. (114) and is rewritten (115). |
