CONSTITUTION:A circularly extended recessed groove 12 is formed on the outer periphery of the tube section 10 of a worm wheel 9, and a circularly extended protruded stripe 16 is formed on the inner periphery of the cylindrical main section 14 of a positioning member 13 screwed to a case body 6.
