PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively operate a car by mounting a private button for carriage on a landing, making the calling of the car by the private button for carriage valid when the carriage can be stored in the car, and making the calling of the car by the private button for carriage invalid when the carriage can not be stored in the car. SOLUTION: A private button for carriage 7, 7A is mounted in adjacent to a landing button 6, 6A. A control system of an elevator 1 operates a car calling command circuit when the load in a car 3 is below a specified value to land the car 3, and a car door 3A in the car 3 and a landing door 5, 5A are opened. When the load in the car 3 is over the specified value, the car calling command circuit is not operated, the car 3 is not landed, and the car door 3 and the landing door 5, 5A are not opened. According to this construction, the car 3 can be landed only when a carriage can be stored in the car 3, so that the car 3 can be effectively operated. |
