PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasifying melting furnace capable of solving problems causerd by variations of dust quality and a dust supply amount. SOLUTION: There are provided a pressure detector 16 for detecting furnace pressure in a melting furnace 3, and an oxygen introduction line 8 for introducing oxygen into a gasifying furnace 2 when a pressure value of the pressure detector 16 is a set value or more while interrupting the introduction when it is less than the set value. By blowing oxygen into fluidized air in the gasifying furnace 2, there is suppressed variations of gasifying combustion caused by at least one of a change in quality of an object to be processed and variations of the quantity of the same, and the operation is stabilized and production of CO in the waste gas is suppressed.
