PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cast stone artificially by forming a stone-like block molded into a stone shape with concrete, and applying polishing to its surface. SOLUTION: A stone-like block 10 is molded into a boulder shape with concrete, the texture surface of the block 10 is polished to form a polished surface 11, a transparent paint is applied to the polished surface 11 to maintain gloss, and a cast stone block 1 is formed, or a plurality of stone-like blocks 10 are connected by connecting members, the surface of part of the stone-like blocks 10 is polished to form a polished surface, and a water-repellent material is applied to the other stone-like blocks 10 to form a pollution suppressing surface. The polished surface has gloss in the black luster state as compared with the portion left in the concrete texture, a feeling like a natural stone can be expressed by concrete, and this cast stone block 1 can give an appearance of the natural stone externally.
