PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic material sheet capable of providing a powder cosmetic material as a sample, or the like, having the same tone, luster and feel of an actual powder cosmetic material, with a protection cover under which the cosmetic material hardly clings when the protection cover is peeled off the sheet. SOLUTION: This cosmetic material sheet comprises a base 1, a net 2 layered on the base 1, and foundation layers 9a, 9b formed at a required position on the net 2. The cosmetic material sheet also has a lid plate 4 and a protection cover 5. The lid plate 4 has a window 4a bored at a position corresponding to the foundation layers 9a, 9b to be layered on the net 2 with the positions of the window 4a and the foundation layers 9a, 9b overlapped. The protection cover 5 is adhered to the upper surface of the lid plate 4 to cover the window 4a in such a manner that it can be peeled off.
