PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite roll having excellent toner removing ability and capable of enhancing the amount of charging. SOLUTION: A composite roll is composed of a conductive shaft body 1 made of iron, aluminum (alloy), brass or the like an internal foamed elastic body 2 such as cylindrical silicone having hardness of 5 to 75 deg. Hs and fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the conductive shaft body 1, and an external foamed elastic body 3 such as cylindrical silicone having a cell diameter 30 to 200μm for fitting with the outer peripheral surface of the internal foamed elastic body 2, and the amount of charging set at 0 nC to 20 nC. |
