PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for placing a fluidity solidifying treatment material on a water bottom capable of placing the material surely and placing the material on a water bottom satisfactorily without necessitating delicate cylinder tip height control while maintaining a condition in which a cylinder tip is immersed in a solidifying material placed previously, even if there is some unevenness in fluidity of the fluidity solidifying treatment material to be placed. SOLUTION: This device for placing a fluidity solidifying treatment material on a water bottom has a solidifying treatment material flowing down cylinder 1 suspended from above a water surface toward a water bottom face and a solidifying treatment material supply device supplying the fluidity solidifying treatment material obtained by adding a solidifying material to fluidity earth and sand such as dredging soil continuously or intermittently and allows the fluidity solidifying treatment material to flow down onto the water bottom sequentially while a lower end of the flowing down cylinder 1 is embedded into the fluidity solidifying treatment material which is made to flow down previously and builds up on the water bottom. Inflating and shrinking bags 10, 11, 12 which block the inside of the flowing down cylinder 1 by pouring a fluid into the inside of the flowing down cylinder 1 and release the blocking by its discharge are provided in the flowing down cylinder 1, and the fluidity solidifying treatment material in the flowing down cylinder 1 is forcedly moved downward by inflating and shrinking each inflating and shrinking bag.
