PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a modified silicone-based sealing material for building use having excellent storage stability and good curability in deep part. SOLUTION: The objective modified silicone-based sealing material for building use contains (A) 100 pts.wt. of an organic rubber polymer having hydroxy group and/or hydrolyzable group bonded to Si atom and at least one Si- containing group crosslinkable by the formation of a siloxane bond and (B) 0.05-5 pts.wt. of at least one kind of compound selected from diacylhydrazine compound, aminotriazole compound and benzotriazole compound.
