PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a film at its end to be fed on a winding roller and easily automate work for exchanging the roller. SOLUTION: A roller core of a winding roller 24 is composed of a core mainbody 100 and a stopper 200. The core mainbody 100 has a fitting groove 110 in the outer periphery on which the film is wound. The stopper 200 is fitted and mounted on the fitting groove 110 via a film. The stopper 200 is provided with a pair of first guide rollers 220 to be oscillatable and the fitting groove 110 is provided with a first guide roller to be inserted in a space to a second guide roller 220. The stopper 200 includes a cutter member 250 and a cutter groove formed in the side of the fitting groove 110. The film is mounted and cut, while being prevented from causing wrinkling, by pressing the stopper 200 in the fitting groove 110.
