PURPOSE: A power device of a ship is provided to promptly and actively accomplish a direction control of the ship and to enhance propulsive force. CONSTITUTION: A ship including a main propulsive propeller(4), a subsidiary propulsive propeller(13) and a key motor is offered. For maintaining a stable balance during travel, a rear tail of a ship(1) is extended as much as a specific length and at the rear tail, a reception box is formed. The key motor is interlocked with a manipulation lever to rotate by a specific angle in left and right directions and is mounted in a rear of the main propulsive propeller(4). The subsidiary propulsive propeller(13) is axially connected to a drive shaft(12) of key motor and receives drive force. The ship(1) generates a predetermined propulsive force by the main propulsive propeller rotating mono-directionally by a drive force of a diesel engine(2). To control direction of the ship, the manipulation lever in the rear of the ship rotates left or right directions by a specific angle to change proceeding direction of the ship. With the manipulation lever, the key motor rotates integrally by a specific angle.
