PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a yield in manufacturing by increasing a pixel aperture ratio of display elements. SOLUTION: In an organic EL display panel 1, a top gate of a double-gate memory transistor 11 of each pixel arranged in a matrix form is connected with a data driver 3 via a data line DL, and a bottom gate is connected with an address driver 2 via an address line AL, and a drain is connected with an EL drive voltage generating circuit 4 via a voltage line VL, and a source is connected with an anode of an organic EL element 12. Luminescence/non- luminescence is memorized in the double-gate memory transistor 11 by a voltage supplied from the address driver 2 to the bottom gate, and a voltage supplied from the data driver 3 to the top gate. When the voltage is applied from the EL drive voltage generating circuit 4 to the drain via the voltage line VL, the organic EL element 12 emits light if the light emission is memorized in the corresponding double-gate memory transistor 11 according to the voltage. |
